As Group Managing Director, Amin Bin Aznizan leverages over a decade of entrepreneurial experience across food and beverage, entertainment, education, and oil and gas to drive SOCC’s growth and transformation. He has been instrumental in expanding business operations, strengthening strategic direction, and establishing international partnerships, bringing to the Board proven leadership, operational expertise, and a vision that positions the Group for sustainable success.
Yusnawannie Osman

CEO of SOCC Offshore Sdn Bhd
With over three decades of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, Yusnawannie Osman has held a variety of positions ranging from Operations Executive to Project Manager. His expertise includes managing project operations, tendering for manpower and maintenance services, logistics, marine vessel charters, and catering projects for production sharing contractors in the O&G sector.
Joining SOSB as Project Manager in 2003, Yus was responsible for procurement, catering contracts, and bid preparation. Rising to General Manager in 2011, he oversaw day-to-day operations, before being appointed CEO in 2016 and later joining the SOSB Board in 2019. Yus holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA, and an MBA from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
Joycelynn Kho

Joycelynn Kho is the Chief Executive Officer of Technology College Sarawak (TCS) and Group Chief Operating Officer of SMTC Global. With over 20 years of leadership experience, she has driven strategic growth, academic excellence, and corporate training initiatives across Malaysia and abroad.
She holds an MBA from Southern Cross University, Australia, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Otago, New Zealand. She is also certified in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 auditing, risk management, and educational management, underscoring her expertise in quality assurance and governance.
Joycelynn has delivered international training in Singapore, Indonesia, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, focusing on ISO standards and occupational health and safety. Known for her vision and people-centered leadership, she is committed to advancing education, training, and innovation while strengthening compliance and human capital development.
Norasyikin Abas
Vice President of Finance, SOCC Group
With over 21 years of experience, Norasyikin has held key positions in finance and auditing with prominent organizations, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Maybank Investment, and Petronas Holdings Berhad. Her expertise includes group finance consolidation, mergers and acquisitions, financial budgeting, and analysis.
A highly valuable asset to SOCC Group, Norasyikin is a member of ACCA (UK) and holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Accounting from Dublin, Ireland. Her strategic financial leadership plays a pivotal role in driving the group’s growth and stability.
Syen Sofian
Vice President of Communications and Branding, SOCC Group
Syen Sofian brings over 30 years of international experience in communication design, branding, and digital media. His expertise lies in creative strategy, brand development, and cross-platform product innovation. Syen has worked with various start-ups and established organizations to build impactful brands.
As the founder of Designers Alliance Brunei, Syen has spearheaded numerous creative initiatives and events in the region. His leadership focuses on fostering collaboration, enhancing brand identity, and driving SOCC Group’s global visibility.
Hafizuddin Nizamuddin
Acting Vice President of Business Development, SOCC Group
Hafizuddin brings extensive experience in business development, particularly in the media and broadcasting sectors. Formerly a General Manager of Operations, he excels in process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and structuring businesses for sustained revenue growth.
His strategic insights extend to governmental collaboration, where he has worked with ministers and ministries to reshape public perceptions through impactful strategies. Hafiz’s expertise drives innovation and diversification within SOCC Group.
Soh Yi Yang

Yi Yang is a mechanical engineer and technology entrepreneur driven by a deep passion for innovation and creativity. Since 2018, he has made his mark in the tech industry as the founder of MacScientist, Sarawak’s most trusted name for Apple service and repair.
Building on his engineering expertise, Yi Yang plays a pivotal role in shaping the digital transformation of SOCC Group, where he spearheads the modernization of operations through innovative solutions that streamline workflows, elevate customer experiences, and position the business at the forefront of technological advancement. His leadership reflects a commitment to making technology not only powerful, but also accessible and impactful.
Faizal Sufri Sukor

Faizal is an experienced professional specializing in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management and sustainability, with a proven track record of addressing complex challenges and driving continuous improvement across diverse industries. With expertise in integrating sustainability principles, managing risks, and implementing ISO standards, he ensures organizational compliance and operational efficiency.
With hands-on experience in safety auditing, risk assessments, and incident investigations, Faizal is dedicated to enhancing workplace safety and improving operational performance. His focus on fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence has made him a key contributor to organizational growth and sustainability.
