Yusnawannie bin Osman
Vice President of Operations, SOCC Group
CEO of SOCC Offshore Sdn Bhd
With more than thirty years of invaluable experience in O&G Industry, Yus have sit in various positions from Operations Executive to Project Manager, managing project operations, tendering for the provision of manpower services, maintenance services, logistics services, marine vessels chartering and catering projects from production sharing contractors in the O&G sector.
He joined SOSB as the Project Manager in June 2003 where he was responsible for managing the procurement activities, managing the catering contracts as well as preparing bids and tenders for new catering contracts for SOSB. He was promoted as the General Manager of SOSB in 2011 to take charge of the overall management and day-to-day operations of SOSB. In 2016, he assumed the role of the CEO of SOSB and was later appointed to the Board of SOSB in 2019.
Yus graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA in 1992 and obtained his Master in Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2007.
Norasyikin binti Abas
Vice President of Finance and CFO

With more than twenty one years of experience, Norasykin have sit in various positions, from financial Auditor at pricewaterhouse coopers, Maybank Investment (Aseambankers), Petronas Holdings Berhad and a few other companies heading Finance & accounts division.
Her vast experiences in group Finance and Group account with the main task of consolidating and merger & acquistion, financial budgeting, review & analysis is proven to be highly valuable for SOCC Group.
Norasyikin is also a member of ACCA UK & Graduated in Advanced Dip in Business in Accounting (ABD Dublin Ireland)
Syen Sofian bin Abu Bakar
Vice President of Corporate Communications and Branding SOCC Group
With over twenty five years of international experience in communication design and digital media, bringing a proven knowledge of creative strategy, vision, communication and management with an emphasis on brand creation, development and usability. Syen’s carries with him an extensive experience in brand consultancy and development, he has assisted various start-ups, well known businesses and organisations in creating new businesses and cross-platform product development.
He is multi-experience in managing teams of diverse personalities in deadline driven environments, leading cross-functional team collaboration, and developing industry outreach opportunities.
Syen is also the Founder of Designers Alliance Brunei and has been organising and involved with various creatives and art related events in Brunei and the region.
Hafizuddin bin Nizamuddin
Head of Business Development

Hafiz has an extensive background in Business Development, with significant experience in the media and broadcasting industry. Formerly a General Manager of Operations, he has overseen overall business structures and implemented process improvements. Excels in building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. With a robust background in Sales and Marketing, Hafiz is overseeing the structuring of companies under the group while enhancing processes, and diversifying products and services to ensure sustained revenue growth.
Beyond his corporate achievements, he was also honored with a government appointment to collaborate with Ministers and ministries. In this role, he crafted and executed innovative strategies aimed at realigning public perception, ensuring a positive and impactful image for governmental policies and initiatives. His strategic insights and ability to navigate complex government landscapes have further cemented his reputation as a versatile leader.
Faizullaily binti Muhammad Jali

Meet Laily, our Business Development Manager at SOCC Holdings Sdn Bhd, with an impressive 24-year track record in successful sales. Laily is a skilled sales professional known for building strong client relationships, whether selling products or services.
Her corporate sales leadership includes a role as a Team Lead for Corporate Sales, where she managed client relationships in various industries. Prior to this, she served as the Head Unit of Corporate Sales at Pos Malaysia Berhad, where she led and supported the Corporate Sales team, working with banks, insurance companies, telecom firms, and automotive companies.
Laily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing and a Diploma in Banking Studies from the University Technology Mara (UiTM).
Helen Chung binti Abdullah
Business Development Executive

Meet Helen, a versatile professional with a diverse career, starting as a draftsman in an architectural firm, where she gained design skills. Later, she worked in education for six years, serving as a course counselor and marketing executive, gaining insights into education and marketing.
Helen held leadership roles in marketing and sales at a soap factory in Bako and ventured into entrepreneurship, including successfully running her Kampua Mee stall over the past decade. In addition to her career, Helen actively engages with the community as a part-time Sign Language Interpreter for the Sarawak Society for The Deaf Association (SSD), promoting inclusivity.
Helen’s life and career reflect a blend of diverse experiences, a commitment to growth, a strong connection to her roots and community, and readiness for future challenges and opportunities.
Jawahir bin Kamarudin

With more than thirty years of invaluable experience in O&G Industry, Jawahir have sits in various Business & Development managerial positions. He is well knowledgable in managing and marketing a wide & varied equipment as well as services relating to the Oil & Gas industry.
His valuable experience is important in identifyng potential markets and he has a proven leadership which involves in the developing and motivating team members in achieving targets and objectives.
Sikua anak Saek
General Manager, Operations
SOCC Offshore Sdn Bhd
He is primarily responsible for managing the overall operations relating to the provision of catering and housekeeping services of SOCC Group.
He started his career as receptionist and waiter; with his last position as supervisor in various establishment, and joined SOSB as Camp Boss; where he mainly responsible for managing the catering services at the offshore platform. He left the company in March 2002.
After gaining vast management experiences in various other companies, he return to rejoin SOSB in 2013 as Senior Operations Manager and before being promoted as the Chief Operating Officer and later in 2022 being re-designated as the General Manager, Operations of SOSB.
Syed Akbardeen Syed Ibrahim

His contributions have significantly impacted companies like Rangkaian Azhaar Maju Sdn Bhd, F&B Resources PG Sdn Bhd, SHF Sky Food, Compass Group, Penang Golf Resort, and Hashifas Food Industries.
Syed’s expertise covers a wide spectrum, including menu planning, supply chain management, team leadership, compliance, finance, catering, client relations, personnel management, quality control, kitchen operations, and HR. This diverse skill set ensures operational excellence.

Noor Azareza binti Abdul Rahman

Noor Azareza Binti Abdul Rahman, hailing from Kuching in Sarawak, boasts a diverse career that showcases adaptability and entrepreneurship.
Her academic journey began with Business Studies, with a focus on tourism management. She then ventured into hospitality, learning to provide excellent service and create memorable guest experiences. Her career expanded into business development within private education, where she made significant improvements in the educational landscape. Noor Azareza spent four years in Human Resources at an international crewing company, honing her skills in quality management in the production industry, emphasizing precision and quality. She also contributed to the local carbonated beverage production industry.
Transitioning from beverage production, she entered café management, launching “Kedey Kamek,” a café in Metrocity. Currently, she serves as the Head of Kitchen at the Central Kitchen in Kuching, overseeing culinary operations with a strong focus on innovation and great food.
