Amin bin Aznizan, a Malaysian, aged 33, is our Promoter and substantial shareholder. He was appointed to the Board on 15 September 2021 and assumed the position as the Executive Director and GCEO and later re-designated as the Managing Director on August 2022.

He is an entrepreneur for more than 10 years with various businesses involving in entertainment, food and beverage, music, skincare industries as well as consultancy and training services in the oil and gas industry.

He graduated from Grenoble Graduate School of Business in Grenoble, France with a Bachelor in International Business in 2012. Upon graduation, he set up Cinqasa Sdn Bhd which was mainly involved in amongst others, the manufacturing of fruit juices and other beverages and operating café and restaurant. As the CEO, his responsibilities include to promote the distribution of a new brand of beverage created by the company, named Leema throughout Sarawak. The company now renamed to AnakMiri Kitchen Sdn Bhd and operating with 3 brands namely Kedey Kamek, Gogoreng and Nang Haus in Klang Valley.

In 2012, he was also appointed as a Director of Modern Corporate System Sdn Bhd, a position he still holds as at the LPD, where he is responsible for strategic directions and internal as well as external communication. The company principally involved in providing tertiary education under TCS College and in partnership with UTM and UniKL

In 2014, he founded CQ Music Sdn Bhd, which is principally involved in the business as an event organiser and provision of entertainment services and production of music. As the CEO, a position he still holds as at the LPD, his primary responsibilities include creating a platform for local talents in Sarawak to showcase themselves and to develop and promote local talents in the music industry.

In 2015, he was appointed as a Director of CQ Eateries Sdn Bhd, a position he still holds as at the LPD. CQ Eateries is principally involved in mini market operations. The company is currently dormant.

In 2016, he was appointed as Group Executive Director of SMTC Global Inc., a position he still holds as at the LPD. SMTC Global Inc. is a private company incorporated in Brunei Darussalam, which together with its subsidiary/related companies are principally involved in the provision of safety training courses for the O&G and maritime industries. His key responsibilities include setting up and managing training centres in overseas such as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Singapore.

As at the LPD, apart from SOCC and SOSB, he also holds directorships in other private limited companies but does not hold any directorship in any other public limited companies.

 

Juniwati Rahmat Hussin, a Malaysian, aged 63, is our Independent Non-Executive Chairman. She was appointed to our Board on 15 August 2022.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Chemistry from University of Kent, Canterbury, United Kingdom in 1981.

She started her career in 1981 as a Chemist with the Laboratory Services Department and thereafter held various positions within the PETRONAS group of companies including acting as Vice President & Venture Director of Pengerang Integrated Complex, Vice President of Human Resource Management and Vice President of the Education Division of PETRONAS. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in laboratory operations, petroleum refinery operations, project management, corporate planning and business development, human resource management as well as marketing and trading. She retired from PETRONAS group of companies in 2016 after serving 35 years of service.

She has also held the positions as the CEO of the Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS from 2005 to 2009.

During her tenure in the PETRONAS group of companies, she had attended INSEAD Senior Management Development Program in 2004 and Advanced Management Program in 2007.

As at the LPD, she sits on the Board of Tenaga Nasional Berhad, as an Independent Non-Executive Director where she is a member of the Board Tender Committee, Board Risk Committee and the Board Integrity Committee. She was appointed to the Board of Tenaga Nasional Berhad since 2017.

She was also appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of DIALOG Group Berhad in 2020 and is a member of the its Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee.

Other than the above, she does not hold any directorships in any other private and public limited companies.

 

Gabriel Kok Chung Hian, a Malaysian, aged 55, is our Independent Non-Executive Director. He was appointed to the Board on 10 August 2022.

He graduated with from University of Adelaide, Australia with a Bachelor of Economics in 1990 and Bachelor of Law in 1991. He obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law Practice from University of South Australia in 1992.

He was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 1991 and later admitted to the High Court of Borneo at Kuching, Sarawak in 1993. In 2007, he was certified as an Accredited Mediator by the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak.

Since 1992, he joined Khoo & Co, Advocates based in Miri, Sarawak as a lawyer and later admitted as a partner of the firm, a position he still holds to-date, where his main responsibilities include corporate advisory to local and international private and listed entities and involved in civil litigations in Civil Courts, including the Appellate Courts, Industrial Court and arbitration hearings.

He is currently the Vice Chairperson of Board of Management of St. Joseph’s Secondary School in Miri, Sarawak, a member of the Advocates’ Inquiry Committee of Sarawak and the Vice Chairman of the Kwong Wai Siew Association of Sarawak.

As at the LPD, apart from SOCC, he does not hold directorships in any other private and public limited companies.

 

Yusnawannie bin Osman, a Malaysian, aged 53, the CEO of SOSB .

He graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA in 1992 and obtained his Master in Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2007.

After his graduation, he joined Syarikat Sribima Sdn Bhd and its related companies, which previously included SOSB (collectively referred to as the “Sribima Group”) in April 1993. The Sribima Group was then principally involved in supply of manpower services, transportation services, chartering and operation of offshore supply vessels, provision of training courses to the O&G and maritime industries and provision of catering and associated services to the O&G sector. He has assumed various positions in the Sribima Group from Operations Executive to Project Manager, for which he was responsible for managing the project operations of Sribima Group as well as tendering for the provision of manpower services, maintenance services, logistics services, marine vessels chartering and catering projects from production sharing contractors in the O&G sector.

He joined SOSB as the Project Manager in June 2003 where he was responsible for managing the procurement activities, managing the catering contracts as well as preparing bids and tenders for new catering contracts for SOSB. He was promoted as the General Manager of SOSB in 2011 to take charge of the overall management and day-to-day operations of SOSB. In 2016, he assumed the role of the CEO of SOSB and was later appointed to the Board of SOSB in 2019.

As the CEO of SOSB, he is mainly responsible for the overall management and implementation of the business strategies of SOSB, including to oversee the general performance of contracts of SOSB and building a close working relationship with SOSB’s key customers and suppliers. His responsibilities also include preparing bid proposals for new projects, advising the project teams in execution and mobilisation of new projects, managing resource requirements of the company, attending to project matters with clients and other operation matters.

As at the LPD, apart from SOSB and a private limited company, he does not hold directorship in any other private nor public limited companies.

 

Sikua anak Saek, a Malaysian, aged 57, is the General Manager, Operations of SOSB. He is primarily responsible for managing the overall operations relating to the provision of catering and housekeeping services of our Group.

He obtained the General Certificate of Education from Kolej Tun Abdul Razak, Kuching, Sarawak in November/December 1982.

He started his career as night receptionist cum bell boy with Liwah Hotel, Kuching from 1983 before he left in 1985 and joined Café de Hamburg as waiter; with his last position as supervisor, where he responsible forproviding food and drink services and managing beverage inventories. He left the position in September 1989.

In October 1989, he joined SOSB as Camp Boss; where he mainly responsible for managing the catering services at the offshore platform. He left the company in March 2002.

Later in April 2002 he joined Bunga Cempaka Sdn Bhd as Senior Camp Boss; where he was responsible managing the catering services at the platform and new project mobilisation. He was second in charge when Operation Manager on leave. He left the company in June 2008.

He joined Gourmet Offshore Sdn Bhd, Miri in July 2008 as HR Executive; where he was responsible for crew recruitment and planning for the crew rotation schedule. He left the company in May 2009.

He joined Bayam Enterprise Sdn Bhd in June 2009 as a Base Coordinator, mainly responsible for planning for crew rotation, QC, food provision and shipment planning . He left in September 2011 to join Gourmet Offshore Sdn Bhd, KL as the Human Resources Manager where he was mainly responsible for managing human resources functions such as recruitment and manpower planning.

In February 2013, he left Gourmet Offshore Sdn Bhd to join SOSB as Senior Operations Manager and before being promoted as the Chief Operating Officer in 2017 and later re-designated as the General Manager, Operations of SOSB in 2022.

As at the LPD, he does not hold any directorship in any private nor public limited companies.

 

Tan Ying Ying, a Malaysian, aged 53 is our group CFO and is responsible for the finance functions of the Group.

She graduated with LCCI Higher Diploma in Cost Accounting in 1989 from […]. She obtained her ACCA qualification in 1999.

She started her career in 1993 as Audit Assistant with Kong Cheong & Co; where she responsible to prepare company accounts and carry out company audit assignments. She left the company in 1996.

As at the LPD, she does not hold any directorship in any private nor public limited companies.

 

Azhfar Nor bin Abdul Rahman, a Malaysian, aged 33, is the General Manager, Finance of SOSB and is responsible for the accounting and finance functions of the Group.

He graduated with a Bachelor in Business (Accounting and Finance) in December 2014 from Swinburn University, Australia.

He started his career in January 2015 as an Assurance Associate with Ernst & Young before leaving the firm as a Senior 1 (Assurance) in January 2019. During his stint with Ernst & Young, he was mainly responsible to carry out company audit assignments.

He provides his freelance services in February 2019 until February 2020; where he offered his services for the accounting works such as book keeping and preparing the financial report.

In March 2020, he took up teaching as a lecturer for courses in accounting and finance at the Laksamana College in Business in Brunei for a year and then joined OTC Inc., a company which was principally involved in F&B franchising business in Brunei as Junior Accountant in August 2020, where he was mainly responsible for managing the accounts of the company. He left the company in July 2021.

In August 2021, he joined SOSB as the Chief Financial Officer and was later re-designated as the General Manager, Finance in August 2022.

As at the LPD, he does not hold any directorship in any private nor public limited companies.

 

Mohamad Syazwan bin Saidi, a Malaysian, aged 34, is the Health, Safety & Environment Manager of SOSB. He is primarily responsible for managing the all the health safety and environmental aspects of our Group, including the quality management and risk management systems of our Group.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Environmental Health and Safety (Honours) from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2011 and obtained his Masters in Industrial Safety Management from University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2019.

He is recognised as an Ergonomics Trained Person for Advanced Ergonomics Risk Assessment (“ERA”) having completed and passed the ERA at the workplace (Advanced Level) training for Ergonomics Trained Person in 2020. In the same year, he was also recognised as an Ergonomics Trained Person (Initial ERA) under the DOSH Ergonomics Risk Assessment Guidelines in Workplace 2017.

In […], he left [….] to join SOSB in 2017 as the Lead Auditor where he was responsible to lead the internal audit team to undertake audit functions relating to SOSB’s quality management system and before being promoted as the Health, Safety and Environment Manager of SOSB in […].
